2+0+0+8=10 and 1+0=1 Adding the numbers and then breaking them down, we see that we arrive at one.
One signifies new beginnings. But this year in itself came to 10. This is a time of re-beginnings. This is a time
to begin again. Right now we can choose to open our minds and hearts to areas we wish to begin again.
For some time I have believed that "God and Goddess always gives us another chance to get it right." We have
to allow ourselves to accept the opportunities to do so.
In this time of re-beginnings, we can forgive and start anew that which was once difficult. Forgive
that friend that betrayed and hurt you and begin again with a new friend wiser from the experience minus the anger and
hatred that can be a hindrance to the new. Forgive your spouse for not being all that you expected them to be and fall
in love with the qualities they now possess. Forgive our parents and family, because they have done the only things
they knew to do, even if those things hurt. Hurt people hurt.
Let's forgive that and move on to ourselves. Forgiving ourselves can be quite difficult, but it is essential
to move forward on a harmonious path. Some of us need to forgive things we have done to ourselves and others. We need to forgive
our bodies for betraying us with age or sickness. Our bodies worked overtime to rid itself of the toxic foods, thoughts,
emotions and situations with which we nourished them, but they often failed. Let us allow old worn out things be renewed
this year. Let go of those relationships, thoughts, feelings, projects... which are not viable and begin again.
Use the knowledge and wisdom obtained through our journey to begin a life in which we are truly pleased. Each of us must
find our own way of making this happen. We need to have good support systems in place. Yet, realize that others can only support
us. It is up to every individual to open up to our Divinely given possibilities and opportunities.
Happy Year of Re-beginnings!
