Our Lady's Prayer Circle
We did hold a sweatlodge here and it was a just the right thing to do
for our
2nd year anniversary. On Winter Solstice 2005 Barbara Westlake in Shasta joined us throughout our visionquest retreat
and it was there that we knew we were to do a prayer circle starting that next month on the 13th of very month. I had
never done a prayer circle ever in my life so the only way in which I knew was to follow the pathway of the sweatlodge and
so on January 13th we opened the first Prayer circle in Barbara's yoga studio. Another year and so many changes.
My thoughts and intentions are with you always and I hope you will feel free to share and keep in touch with all you feel
ocmfortable to share and contribute. If not to all then just to me. I am so grateful that your pure love and hearts
have trusted me so to be so a part of this beautiful circle fo Light that Louis in Canada calls it. I am an ordained
minister in California and here in Hawaii and I've facilitatle many a wedding and ceremony I want to share that
I plan on being part of the transitional process as well into the next life. It was something I was so afraid to do,
yet long ago I had a very powerful spiritual shaman in my life and that was all that he concentrated on. I didn't feel
that I could handle it. But since my studied in Philosophy and coincidentally Barbara's passing I can only have the
love and compassion to do so. Many prayers are focused towards the suffering and terminal. I am making arrangements
to visit the hospitals here to be a small part in such a needed assistence. So I ask for your prayers that I venture
in the purity of the Divine. Thank you.
Love is such a wonderful thing. Our message from the
Star
Mandalas on our Imbolc/Festival of Lights Ceremony on the 2nd of February was of Love... It's symbol is the chalice.

Love
for one another, for oneself, or for something. You have become filled with passion, and intense desires. You
are faced to confront the power of your will and your instincts. This challenge of love has called you to make some
choices involving your values. Look carefully at the possible results of your actions and be prepared to accept your
choices. Above all, share your concerns with your inner spirit, and move in the light of guidence so you will not become too
anxious of moving too slow or too fast. Share with those closest to you and enjoy this time of awakening passion to

Stonehenge Excavation
A major excavation of Stonehenge was started on March 31st. It is the first time since the 1960s that such major
work has been undertaken. Archaeological techniques are more advanced, the approach and enlightened. It is hoped that
a greater understanding of the origins, construction, function and purpose of this site will be gained. It may also reveal
more about the people who built it.
The most moving and extraordinary part of this exciting story is that a party of Druids were invited to bless
the work, and the officials and archaeologists leading the project took part in the ceremony. The Druid’s called upon
the spirits of the sacred land to accept the excavation and yield their secrets willingly to the archaeologists , whom they
called ‘explorers’. The Druids said they were in favour of the work and asked the spirits not to resist or see
it as a violation. The Chief Druid’s words were perfectly pitched, and can be seen here:

How far we have come! Up to ten years ago, there would have been a riot, with protesters screaming ‘rape’,
countered by extreme over-reaction by the police.
This was a perfect example of how all sides can work together, seeing each other as a continuum, not polar opposites.
If only Carter and Carnarvon had thought to ask the sprits and ancestors for permission to open the tomb!

Goddess is a huge inclusive umbrella we can all stand under shoulder to shoulder, but She watches out for
the many, rather than the few. She doesn't say have no other god but her and there is only ONE WAY. Think of the
blood shed that saves! As a social and political ideal, the Sacred Feminine way of thinking could really make our world
a better place.
