It is sad when one of our Cat family pass on, but I have had enough experiences to give me the hope that they are fine in the next world. A few years ago one of our Cats called Spriggan was run over, and shortly after we had gone to fetch his body, I distinctly heard the cat flap moving, and when I looked out of the window, he was standing by the cat flap, then promptly disappeared. I have also heard one of our other cats whose name was Ghost, who recently died at home. She had a distinctive little run, and used to make tapping noises on the floor boards, I still hear this sometimes mostly late at night when all is quiet. Subjective experiences, but enough to let me know that they live on in another realm.
