To the Goddess Brigid:
Brigid Our Lady, we honor you :
The warmth of your fire is a charge to our soul.
The tranquil waters of your sacred well caress our brow.
Earth Mother awakens to your touch.
Your Divine flame lights our path .
Dear Brigid be our guide as we pass from dark to light.
*And So It Will Be*
Ravenmoons’ Hot Veggie
Casserole
Ingredients:
1 Cabbage cut into quarters
4 Peeled, and quartered turnips
4 bouillon cubes, or one can of chicken stock.
Add garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper to taste.
Shredded chedder cheese (optional)
To Prepare:
Put cabbage, and turnips into a stewpot , adding
Bouillon cubes, and just enough water to cover.
If you have chicken stock, add a can, and use one cup of water.
15 minutes should be enough time to make both turnips and
cabbage tender
While hot, sprinkle chedder cheese on top.
Serve while hot.
The vitamin values in these two veggies are C and potassium.
Mixed together, they sound like an unlikely pair, but they taste
good!
